I carry out research, training and consultancy as part of the Centre for Abuse and Trauma Studies (CATS), based at Middlesex University (see here for information about our research). I am an accredited trainer of the Attachment Style Interview and the Parenting Role Interview and I run training courses on these evidence-based assessments for both NHS and private practitioners. Please do contact me for more information or visit our training website.
I can also design and deliver bespoke workshops, seminars and lectures on attachment theory and practice, as well as stress, mental health and wider aspects of psychology. Scientific data don’t have to be dry! My approach is to translate the research from science to real life, to provide you with relevant and useful knowledge and skills that can make you more effective in your specific world of work. Whether it’s an interactive quiz on attachment style for children or a seminar on how to manage workplace stress in the restaurant industry, I am experienced in working with a range of individuals and services. I am happy to offer a free initial 30-minute conversation to explore how I can help you with your training needs – please contact me to arrange this.
