This privacy policy pertains to My actual psychotherapeutic work, training, consultancy and research are conducted within the codes of ethics of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, the British Psychological Society and the Bowlby Centre. All of my work is compliant with the principles of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation. This is discussed once a working arrangement has been agreed between myself and the client.

I collect information about you via this website to provide you with information about my services that you request from me.

The collection and use of personal information will always relate to a legitimate business requirement. A legitimate business requirement being an activity ‘which can reasonably be considered as fundamental to the efficient delivery of a service for which Cupboard Love/Dr Andrea Oskis is responsible’ or ‘an activity which Cupboard Love/Dr Andrea Oskis is legally obliged to undertake’.

The information we collect from you is stored on my server, which is password protected.
